Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy embraces yoga as a way of life uniting body, mind, and spirit in a journey of self-discovery. Rooted in traditional Ashtanga with a focus on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness, my classes offer both discipline and compassion, creating a safe space for students of all ages to grow. Beyond movement, I integrate Reiki, Chakra Healing, and meditation practices to restore energy flow and emotional balance, helping each individual experience transformation that extends far beyond the mat.
